Paul Getty weas one of the California tycoons. He was so rich that he bought many antiquities and paintings from Europe, including a real Roman villan, and brought them to Los Angeles. You can look at its contents here

It is high time we knew the city where many films are made. It is known as the epicentre of the entertainment industry in the world. Among its numerous attractions, you can go on a studio tour guide to Universal Pictures, Warner Brothers Studio Tour or even Sony Studio tour. Enjoy the Disney Land Park, the Madame Tussauds Hollywood museum, or the Griffith Observatory next to the Hollwywood sign. Two major streets are Rodeo Drive, where you can find the most luxurious designer brands, Hollywood Drive, where the main theatres and the Walk of Fame are, or Sunset Boulevard, the centre of nightlife. Some of the districtis of the city are Santa Monica, Venice Beach, downtown of course win Chinatown and Little Tokio, Beverly Hills with the homes of the Hollywood stars, Playa del Rey etc. If you want to see art, the Getty Museum and villa is a must, so as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

NEW BOOKS IN THE ZUERA LIBRARY

Fresh news have come from the Zuera library. A new set of non-adapted, English books has arrived! They have been chosen for students to have a great time. This photo includes the covers of the latest ones, but there are older, ravishing books like the Axterix collection in English and many others. Do you dare borrow them?

GALLIVISION COUNTRIES ONE BY ONE

Our Fort Gallicum reporters have seached for information about each country participating in the song contest. Some of them have delved into the performances, costume design or scenography of this year's edition, others have laid out the history of a country through history, and there are even descriptions of the country's features. THE GALLIVISION SONG CONTEST 2021 IS COMING

May 9th was a key day for all Europeans, we celebrated our day!. One of our English teachers has traced back in history to find out the whys and wherefores of this day, and the origin of the European Union as a supranational entity in the world. What is more, he has found out the link of the Eurovision song contest with the European history. Now we can celebrate our European origin with the biggest song competition in the world. Plus, all the Gallicum community members can vote for our favourite song in this year's contest, and comment on the songs, costume design and scenography. Which participant do you like best? FANTASTIC ANIMALS

Incredible animals have appeared in our high school. One of them lives in the clouds of Spain. Another animal has the fangs of a vampire. Some of them look like unicorns. Many people have investigated in the Zuera river to find one, but it has never been found! Be very careful - if you find one of them in high school, you may want to study non-stop, and if you don't want to eat and drink because of this, it might be dangerous!
