CONTEMPORARY ART IN BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA

Brisbane is the capital city of the state of Queensland, Australia. As this land was discovered in the eighteenth century, its attractions are either really modern, or else dating from the origins of the Aboriginal inhabitants. Thus, by and large, the Australian museums and galleries showcase these two types of works of art. Queensland is also strongly influenced by the far east countries like Japan and others, as it is their nearest Australian estate. Although Australia has belonged to the English empire for a while, there is a close connection between the two cultures. The Queensland Cultural Centre in Brisbane includes two galleries: The Queensland Art Gallery (QAG) and the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA)on the river Brisbane, separated by 150 metres. In it, there is a motorcycle exhibition which you can see in a youtube video
You can see what is being shown at present in the Queensland Cultural Centre by clicking here. Now you can get a glimpse of the remaking of fairy tales and many more, in the menu. If you want to look at what a person from Zuera saw in that museum in 2015, click here.
